Why Don't You Accept Gratuity?

Mending Hands thinks of each session as a chance to help improve your health and well being and is not a place to worry about the price or gratuity. We appreciate the thought, but would prefer you leave a review for Mending Hands and come back for your next scheduled appointment!

48 Hour Cancellation Policy

Mending Hands asks that you please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will be required to make payment for 50% of your missed service in order to reschedule. "No Shows" will also be held to this policy.

If you have a prepaid session or gift certificate and cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be granted a one-time waiver. If a last minute cancellation occurs again, Mending Hands reserves the right to charge the gift certificate or deduct one session if your appointment time cannot be filled by another client.

All intake forms, medical notes and conversations with Mending Hands are held in strict confidentiality within the guidelines of Florida State Law.
